The summer holidays are now in full swing, your looking forward to some sun, sea, sand and serious relaxing time but haven’t had chance to find someone to petsit your beloved pooch. Many people ask me to recommend a good kennel or pet sitting service, the truth is I’ve never used one as im fortunate enough to have good available friends and family in Derby to look after my 8 year old Patterdale Terrier to provide her with dog walks or home board her. From what I hear some dogs don’t mind the kennels however some dogs hate them, too many dogs, a strange environment, not enough human attention and when they return home they are very quite and to be perfectly honest look like they have a massive bag on….is this your dog? have you considered home boarding? many of my woof and ready clients and friends prefer this option as the dogs get one to one attention, long dog walks in Derby parks and the Peak District plenty of chill out time and love. I’m now offering this service to suitable dogs, prices start from £15per night which is cheaper than most companies and simular to that of kennels so its very affordable and can give you peace of mind. At present I have max and Ruby here the king Charles spaniels, yesterday we enjoyed a day out in Matlock bath with a 2 hour walk they loved it and are getting on with my dog wonderfully.
